Place heatpack in microwave for approx. 90 seconds depending on the strength of your microwave.
Then remove carfeully, shake and test.
Time will vary depending on level of heat desired and power of microwave.

Do not leave unattended in microwave.
Do not exceed recommended heating times on instructions.
Do not apply directly to skin.
Do not allow children unsupervised to heat the pack.
